Based in Malaysia, Asia BioFuelTech (ABFT)/West East Biofuels (WEB) manufactures, markets biodiesel production equipment and related systems adopting British technology.
Biodiesel Production Plants and systems designed and built by Asia BioFuelTech, are primarily fabricated from stainless steel.
We can proudly say that our Biodiesel Production Kits and systems have been exported to quite a few countries now and we believe we are the preferred choice with reference to small and medium sized plants.
ABFT was formed to bring affordable biodiesel processing technology especially to the Asian, Middle Eastern, and African countries.
Biodiesel Fuel Production in our plants can be from different feedstocks namely, Used Cooking Oil (UCO/WCO), Jatropha (non edible) and most edible virgin vegetable oils through the Esterification and Transesterification biodiesel process.
Besides biodiesel systems we also supply filtration equipment for contaminated oils and Eco2Pure media for washing and purifying biodiesel.

About Biodiesel
Biodiesel (methyl ester), a clean burning bio-fuel made purely from straight vegetable oil (SVO) or waste vegetable oil (WVO) , is biodegradable, non-toxic and non-petro based. It can be used on compression-ignition engines (diesel engines). Clean emission, non polluting and essentially free of sulphur and aromatics.
No biodiesel production equipment supplier can really guarantee the quality of biodiesel that meets the different standards unless the quality of feedstock and other raw materials are known and the process monitored carefully. There are different recipes as guidelines but making good biodiesel may take a little time and practice.
To produce the exact requirements of EN 14214 which is based on rapeseed and ASTM 6751 on soya is difficult for palm or coconut methyl esters to end with these exact specifications.
With the CST (Cold Soak Test) introduced in the US in 2009 many palm based biodiesel will not meet the requirements.
Today blending B100 into petro diesel is common. B5 is 5% biodiesel to 95% petro-diesel and B20 is 20% biodiesel to 80% petro-diesel respectively.
